Georgia Louise Luckhurst is a Scottish-born poet and writer, based in London. She currently works as a reporter for The Stage. She has an MA Hons in English from the University of St Andrews and an MA in Creative Writing (Poetry) from Royal Holloway, University of London.

In her teenage years, Georgia was an activist and blogger for the now-defunct intergenerational feminist organisation, SPARK Movement. Her work is indebted to her roots in feminist theory and praxis, and recurring themes include the body, eating disorders, sexual politics, and maturation. As a young girl, Georgia's work featured in publications including The Huffington Post and The Independent. In 2019, Georgia acted as a Producer and Creative Associate for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival's first ever zero-waste venue, The Greenhouse. Her original storytelling cycle, The Earth Untold, received a four-star review from The Scotsman. She has gone on to write for multiple different platforms and in the summer of 2021 saw her piece 'Inherited Appetites' selected as a runner-up for the Cassandra Jardine Memorial Prize and published by The Telegraph. She was a featured poet at the 2022 Kensington and Chelsea Art Week and a contestant in the Roundhouse Theatre's 2023 Poetry Slam London heats. She works as a reporter for The Stage in her daily life and dreams of being Jane from The Bold Type (but cooler.) You can find her tweeting about tit tape and fancying Keats @georgialouluck.
